Return Policy

We hope that you love your purchases from Love Jentry boutique. However, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out for you! Orders are eligible for return if they are shipped back to Love Jentry within 10 days of the purchase date with receipt. This means you have 10 days to create a return label and return the items. The items do not have to be in our possession within the 10 days, we just have to have shipped by the 10th day back to us! Anything past this time frame will not be eligible for return. The return must have an active tracking number within the 10 days after receiving for us to accept it when we receive it. Returns are only eligible for store credit only. We will email you a gift card with your credit once we receive the return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place. 
  • Love Jentry is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.
